Eliza Jennings Receives Mather Lifeways Promising Practices Award for SAIDO Learning TM

(Cleveland, Ohio) – Eliza Jennings, a nationally recognized and trusted expert in care and services for older adults, received the Mather Lifeways Institute on Aging 2012 Promising Practices Award for successfully conducting, in partnership with the Kumon Institute of Education, the first US research trial of SAIDO Learning™, a non-pharmaceutical intervention for older adults with dementia.

Mather LifeWays Institute on Aging is committed to recognizing organizations that strive to serve older adults in original and exciting ways with its Promising Practices Award. This award highlights organizations working with older adults in a variety of settings that are moving away from conventional practices by developing and implementing new and innovative approaches.
