Eliza Jennings Seven-Time NorthCoast 99 Award Winner
Recognized as one of Northeast Ohio’s best places to work for top talent
(Cleveland, Ohio) – Eliza Jennings, a nationally recognized and trusted expert in aging services, is proud to be recognized once again by ERC as one of Northeast Ohio’s best places to work. This is the seventh time that Eliza Jennings has received the award. The award celebrates organizations for their ability to maintain great workplaces that support the attraction, retention, and motivation of outstanding employees through programs and benefits that exceed industry standards.
Eliza Jennings employs 600 staff members throughout its network of aging services on Cleveland’s West Side and western suburbs. “We are honored to once again be recognized among Northeast Ohio’s Best Places to Work,” said Kara Serger, Eliza Jennings vice president of human resources. “We are committed to our mission to respect, value and empower each member of our aging services community. We strive, therefore, to create a culture in which employees can excel, learn, and grow professionally.”
Pat Perry, ERC’s president, commented that it has been exciting to see how NorthCoast 99 winning organizations have created environments for top employees to thrive. It is gratifying that more and more organizations are shifting towards a great workplace strategy, Perry added. ERC is Northeast Ohio’s leading and largest professional organization dedicated to HR practices, programs and services.
This year’s NorthCoast 99 winners were honored at a recognition dinner at Executive Caterers at Landerhaven.
